Job Description

Responsibilities:
-Strong knowledge of corporate and contract law
-Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating legal contracts
-Handling administrative and legal correspondence
-Providing legal advice to different departments within the organization
-Representing the company in potential legal disputes and litigation
-Assessing legal risks related to contracts and company activities

Requirements:
-Valid First-Class Attorney License (mandatory)
-Minimum of 3 years of corporate legal experience
-At least a Master’s degree in Law
-Experience representing parties in legal cases (for or against companies)
-Strong contract negotiation skills
