We are focused on diversity, creativity and innovation. Job Description We're looking for a talented and highly motivated lawyer to support our rapidly growing and evolving businesses. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with broad, generalist responsibilities. As legal expert, you report to the Director and at the same time, you will be able to lead a team of legal experts. You will be responsible for counseling the business operations, by giving pro-active, professional, competent, (cost) effective and creative legal support. You'll need to bring negotiation and drafting skills and business sense to deal with multiple functional teams in a rapidly scaling business. You will collaborate with both local and foreign business leaders advising on legal risks, business strategies and other issues related to the Company’s businesses. You will be required to work independently as well as part of various teams and take on projects in addition to the daily day job. Duties and Responsibilities Your main responsibilities will cover a variety of legal issues. Amongst others, the following responsibilities apply to this position: • Proactive collaboration with the director of the firm on strategies of the firm; • Cooperation with the other members of the legal department abroad; • Ability to produce high-quality legal content for the website of the firm; • Ability to deliver high-quality work under deadlines; • Lead and coordinate the work of the legal teams and ensure that time lines and quality standards are met; • Providing legal advice and support on a wide range of legal activities; • Drafting and negotiating simple and complex contracts; • Carry out other tasks as required by the Director.
