Job Description

The legal assistant is under the general supervision of the legal director, performs activities related to translating legal documents, coordinating notary appointments and preparing the related documents, coordinating minor tasks with the registration office and other organizations, following up administrative tasks with different organizations, archiving, assisting the legal team in their respective tasks, performing administrative work in the office. Key responsibilities: ● Translating different legal documents including contracts, power of attorneys, and legal letters, and responsible for the company's legal correspondence. ● Maintaining the company’s legal archive. ● Evaluating in different provinces based on the sales team's request. ● Following up on the notary office tasks, tracking all relative documents, and recording them.

Requirements

● At least a Bachelor's degree in Law, or English Translation. ● At least 2 years of preferably in a reputable law firm. ● High translation skills. ● Fluent in Farsi and English especially in writing. ● Sufficient knowledge of Word and Excel. ● Good communication skills. ● Good administrative correspondence skills. ● Mobility to travel.
