Advise the company concerning legal and contractual aspects and risks of business transactions, claim management, the advisability of prosecuting or defending lawsuits, or legal rights and obligations.
Inform contract holders, general counsel, and project director of any legal risks identified.
Analyze the probable outcomes of cases, using knowledge of legal precedents.
Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for individuals and businesses.
Present evidence to defend the company or prosecute defendants in legal litigation.
Study the constitution, statutes, decisions, laws and regulations, and ordinances of quasi-judicial bodies to determine ramifications for cases.
Prepare, draft, and review legal documents, such as deeds, patent applications, mortgages, leases, and contracts.
Examine legal data to determine the advisability of defending or prosecuting a lawsuit.
Evaluate findings and develop strategies and arguments for the presentation of cases.
Gather evidence to formulate a defense or to initiate legal actions.
Confer with colleagues with specialties in appropriate areas of legal issues to establish and verify bases for legal proceedings.
Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law.
Cooperate with legal colleague in Tehran or site.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Law.
At least 7 years of experience in the same field with a proven track record.
Knowledge of laws, legal codes, court procedures, precedents, government regulations, and executive orders.
