Your mission in Zarrin Roya is to execute the education process in order to improve learning and training in the organization.
● To carry out necessary activities regarding evaluating the individual and group educational needs in order to optimize education.
● To carry out necessary activities regarding designing and programming educational courses.
● To evaluate educational institutes, selecting and determining trainers for performing the education courses.
● To organize and program the annual educational calendar for all employees in order for development and progress.
● To give feedback to learners and issue certificates.
● To assess the effectiveness of the executed courses in order for development and progress.
● To monitor the educational processes in order to identify problems and fix and improve them.
● To participate in employee development and learning projects.
● To carry out the necessary activities regarding completing the information of the comprehensive education system (IDEA) and documenting.
Requirements
● At least a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Educational Management, Industrial Engineering, or other related fields.
● At least 2 years of related experience in training and development.
● Proficiency in need assessment techniques, competency models, and training standards.
● Strong effective communication and teamwork skills.
● Accountable personality.
