-Tendering according to the scope of work, and the scope of supply.
-Draft contract revising.
-Development of Instruction To Bidders (ITB).
-Technical and Commercial Evaluating criteria preparation and revising.
-Hold clarification meetings and question/answer sessions.
-Provide Technical and Commercial Bids Evaluation (TBE/CBE).
-Tender results reporting and recommendation to award approval by the tender committee.
-Market research on certain goods or services and forming a Bidders list.
-Cost estimation, and pricing.
-Prepare call for tender documentation.
-Purchase and supply activity.
-Vendor/supplier qualification and inspection.
-Negotiate with suppliers.
-Contracting.
-Purchase planning and reporting.
