Job Description

  • Visit chain store customers and build strong relationships with customers by understanding their strategies.
  • Normal and promotional sales forecasting.
  • Ensure implementation of the sales fundamentals: coverage, distribution, and visibility.
  • Implement, follow, and measure the monthly targets week by week in order to ensure reaching the area's targets.
  • Channel management to deliver key account sales targets.
  • Regular visits to the chain stores and other customers with company sales representatives.
  • Implement the new product launches as per the defined plans of the marketing/brand team.
  • Supervise and check the distributors’ requests and all payments to the company.
  • Supervise and check all daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Lead and manage in-store activities like promotional and sampling activities.


  • At least 5 years of experience in FMCG sales; at least 2 years of experience in key account.
  • Strong analytical, and planning skills.
  • Excellent sales, merchandising, and negotiation skills.
  • Tact and diplomacy, account management skills.
  • Good presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Having a university degree.
