Job Description

● Prepare a strategic plan which will support Sanofi's vision and incorporate the corporate goals at the level of health care providers and insurance. ● Develop sales in all assigned key accounts at the regional level, achieve/exceed sales targets and business objectives for all assigned Sanofi products and maximize profitability with optimization of commercial conditions, in line with Sanofi’s strategy. ● Build and maintain strong business partnerships with key stakeholders in all assigned accounts at the regional level (purchasing committee members, pharmacists, finance department, supply department, and hospital store managers). ● Manage the impact of the strategy within Sanofi. ● Identify the emerging provider networks and their impact on our future business. ● Prepare contracts that are manageable, measurable, and attainable for a fixed period. ● Achieve sales targets at key accounts level. ● Implement and insure pull-through of promotional and pricing strategies at a national and store level. ● Analyze key account results and present monthly reviews to the sales and marketing manager including consolidation with ETMS reports. ● Analyze market trends and market shares in order to promote category management. ● Mentor, the healthcare OTC sales representatives in terms of key pharmacy drivers ● Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets for all allocated products and maximize profitability. ● Position Sanofi as a strategic partner to all assigned key accounts at the regional level. ● Provide, update and analyze all the data related to Sanofi’s portfolio in each and every account at the regional level (monthly consumption, forecasted orders, phasing of orders, stocks) as well as for other products in the same therapeutic area. ● Analyze performance for all products in the portfolio and identify growth opportunities. ● Initiate and develop tactical plans for scaling up product penetration in coordination with the sales and medico-marketing teams. ● Liaise with local distributors and with all internal departments to enhance the business offerings to the account: supply chain, finance, sales, and marketing, medical, regulatory, market access. ● Develop weekly/monthly visit plans for the accounts. ● Support any pre-launch or launch activities of new products whenever needed. ● Ensure proper company image is reflected during business conductance. ● Execute business-related actions in line with the industry code of ethics and in compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

● Pharmacist (preferable), Business (Commerce) education, ideally with a scientific background. ● Previous negotiating experience at a senior level. ● Previous contracting experience. ● Previous experience in contract development. ● Experience in database management and extraction. ● At least 3 years of experience in key account management.
