have a track record of outstanding management of day-to-day operations, including
Sales, human resources, and customer-centric processes. This person will be a

and productivity. Ultimately, the business manager will be responsible for maintaining
successful daily business practices and ushering in a new era of growth.
The objectives of this role:
- Strategize, implement, and oversee processes for increased sales and growth.
- Design and execute daily operational programs that achieve organizational objectives and monthly sales targets.
- Manage employee activities, providing suitable resources as a successful team-up.
- Establish and grow relationships with relevant clients.
- Establish cost parameters and manage overall P&L for his/her business line.
- Maintain a plan for forecasting, expanding, targeting, and attaining sales.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise employee productivity and provide internal processes for improved sales while adhering to internal guidelines.
- Provide data analytics of sales, clients, and teams to relevant management teams.
- Work with other managers to develop long-term strategic initiatives.
- Create and maintain a rolling three-month plan for sales, budgeting, targeting, and attaining sales.
- Participate in the development of competitor analyses and pricing strategies.
- Support customer-facing operations, including sales, and other external relations.
