Job Description
We are looking for an ITSM/ITM System administrator. The system administrator is responsible for developing, implementing, and supporting IT management systems. Other duties and responsibilities include: ● Management, maintenance, and development of IT management tools (Wendia POB/Jira). ● Interact with process design experts to improve procedures, rules, and accesses. ● Development of required reports. ● Preparation of technical documents. ● Provide training and guidance on the system to users/technicians. ● Manage the daily operations of the system. ● Integration of IT service management system with other systems. ● Collaborate with suppliers and other stakeholders. ● Provide 24/7 support if needed. ● Management of IT management tools. Additional information: ● Full Time ● Saturday to Wednesday from 08:00 am to 4:45 pm. ● Tehran Vanak. sq.
Requirements
Education: ● At least Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields. Experience: ● At least 3 years of experience as ITSM System Manager. Knowledge: ● Strong understanding of IT Services Management (ITSM), ITIL framework, and agile development concepts. ● Ability to interact and communicate with technical and non-technical teams. ● Experience in managing all stages of the tool life cycle, including needs collection, design, development, testing, and deployment. ● Mastery of SQL/MS SQL.
