Job Description

• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks • Supervise and control the website design and development • Install and configure LAN/WLAN data networks, diagnose hardware/software faults and solve technical problems • Set up, update and troubleshoot the software • Set up, monitor and maintain the server • Supervise, control and troubleshoot the company’s websites • Periodic control, checkup, troubleshoot and tune-up of company’s and stores’ PCs, server, network facilities, etc. • Monitor periodic backups • Set up and maintain Anti-Virus measures on the network and all PCs • Manage other network based communication systems like Fax, Internet, Telephone and etc. • Manage the implementation and integration of the planned new CRM software • Negotiate and administer IT supplier contracts and service agreement

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT • At least 2- 3 years of experience in a related field • Knowledge of network basics and products (switch, router, wireless LAN, ADSL) • Strong project management, organizational and time management skills • Good command of English language would be an advantage • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills • Comprehensive knowledge of hardware, software, application, network and systems engineering
