Job Description
- System Ownership – Maintain, optimize, and enhance system performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Application & Database Support – Oversee database scripts, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless operations.
- Process Development – Analyze workflows and propose solutions for greater efficiency.
- Problem Solving – Conduct root cause analysis to resolve issues and prevent future disruptions.
- Technical Assistance – Act as a system admin, while also contributing to IT support through
- phone-based assistance.
- Collaborate with the Help Desk to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related fields (Associate's degree is acceptable).
- 2 to 3 years of experience in IT system administration and support (FMCG background is a plus).
- Strong SQL skills, including database monitoring and script execution.
- Analytical mindset with experience in problem-solving & process development.
- Clear and effective communication skills, especially over the phone.
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new technologies, and drive system improvements.
- Ability to understand and communicate in English.
