Job Description

  • System Ownership – Maintain, optimize, and enhance system performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Application & Database Support – Oversee database scripts, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless operations.
  • Process Development – Analyze workflows and propose solutions for greater efficiency.
  • Problem Solving – Conduct root cause analysis to resolve issues and prevent future disruptions.
  • Technical Assistance – Act as a system admin, while also contributing to IT support through
  • phone-based assistance.
  • Collaborate with the Help Desk to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or related fields (Associate's degree is acceptable).
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in IT system administration and support (FMCG background is a plus).
  • Strong SQL skills, including database monitoring and script execution.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in problem-solving & process development.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, especially over the phone.
  • Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new technologies, and drive system improvements.
  • Ability to understand and communicate in English.
