• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software and hardware.
• Managing user accounts, permissions, email and Anti-virus.
• Maintain daily performance of computer systems.
• Install, modify and repair computer hardware and software.
• Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems.
• Install computer peripherals for users.
• Follow up with clients to ensure issue has been resolved.
• Have a good knowledge and enough experience to face unknown issues and resolve them.
• Managing all system back-up and restore systems
Requirements
• Ability to analyze information and report on IT events
• BSc,MSc in computer Engineering ( software , hardware), IT or computer Science
• Ideal Age Range: Maximum 30
• Familiarity with English language
• Highly flexible, good communication skills and team work, WELL-ORGANIZED, accountable
• Mastering on Active and Passive networks equipment
• Familiarity with computer systems (Software and Hardware)
• Candidate must know MCSE (certified person is preferable)
• Candidates must have enough knowledge in Help Desk
• Familiar with CISCO switches (layer 2 and 3)
• Candidate must know SQL server
• Familiar with CRM concepts and software
• Familiar with accounting software (Rahkaran systems is preferable)
