● Responsible for creating and maintaining backups. ● Identify and provide hardware and software needed to meet user needs. ● Oversee the daily performance of computer systems. ● Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems, and applications. ● Help to customize and adapt existing programs to meet users' needs. ● Coordinate activities with network services and information systems groups. ● Refer significant hardware problems to service personnel for correction. ● Company ERP and BPMS system management. ● Network security management (creating necessary backups). ● Manage email and anti-virus systems. ● Identify and procure the hardware and software needed to satisfy user requirements. ● Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems, and applications. ● Handle network security (creating the necessary backups). ● Administer email and anti-virus systems. ● Troubleshoot system and network problems and diagnose and solve hardware or software faults. ● Maintain and record daily data communication transactions, problems, and remedial actions.
