Job Description

The objective of the role:

• Ensuring the correct and safe operation of computer systems and networks and eliminating possible defects in the fastest possible time.

Roles:

• Fix problems relating to accessing network resources.
• Fix problems in accessing the Internet.
• Monitor services and communication links.
• Troubleshoot user's systems.
• Fix hardware/software problems.
• Fix network equipment problems.
• Control, set up, equip, maintain and support server rooms.
• Check network equipment backup.
• Monitor and fix CCTV networks.
• Control wireless access.
