Job Description
We are a manufacturing company based in Tehran & Hashtgerd and have 17 Clients & 3 Real Servers & 3 VM Servers. The main task for the candidate would be Making Reports of SQL database and other data by Power BI or other software. - Diagnosing and troubleshooting software, hardware, and basic network errors and provide technical support; - Training end-users on how to set up and use organization software and new technologies; - Performing installation, configuration, and upgrading PC software and operating systems; - Maintenance of computer hardware, such as monitor, keyboards, printers and etc.; - Providing technical support over the phone or web; - Administration of the Antivirus Server; - Administration of the MailServer and KPCo Websites; - Preparing activity reports and solutions; - Log all help desk interactions. - Make Reports of accounting database by Power BI or other software and send it to Manager daily.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field - At least 4 years' experience as IT Technician - Microsoft services: Ability to Manage Microsoft services such as Active directory, DHCP, DNS, RDapp - Virtualization: Ability to Manage Virtualization services with ESXi services - Good knowledge of TCP/ IP and Mikrotik Router And WDS - Specialist knowledge: Microsoft Power BI or Other BI. - Ability to travel to Hashtgerd factory one or two days a week. - Part-time employment type is also acceptable if the candidate can handle the required tasks.
