- Management of networks, servers, data centers and cyber security.
- Supervision of technical support of users and operational systems.
- Ensuring the stability, efficiency and security of the organization's IT services.
- Policymaking in the field of software design, production, purchase or localization.
- Supervision of systems architecture, databases and system integrity.
- Developing and implementing information security policies (Information Security Policy).
- Creation of data governance structure and compliance with privacy laws.
- Managing technical teams and monitoring the performance of IT units.
- Compilation of the annual information technology budget and cost control.
- Directing digital transformation projects and smartening processes.
- Identifying and applying new technologies such as artificial intelligence, blockchain, big data and cloud computing.
