Job Description

Goldiran Industries is a successful Consumer Electronic Manufacturing company seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to work closely with stakeholders to identify goals, develop best practices for data collection, and analyze current processes to determine what can be improved to achieve their desired outcome.

Analyze business process gaps in considered units.
Effective engagement with different layers of employees to understand the business needs and requirements.
Manage business application projects and processes to be delivered and implemented on time and in full.
Support users on the implemented business application, change requests, and enhancements.
Ensure the use of the capabilities of business applications and the integrity of the processes.
Manage the relationship with suppliers and ensure the delivery of projects in good quality and agreed timeline.
Analyze the reporting requirements of the functions and alignment with the related team on the delivery.
Manage the IT portfolio of projects and provide visibility to stakeholders on the progress of tasks and projects.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Industrial Engineering, or other related fields.
3 to 5 years of related experience.
Good knowledge of documentation, designing forms, and workflows.
Strong business analysis and creative thinking together with high credibility when operating outside the IT function.
Expertise in applying business and data analysis techniques, having a practical understanding of systems development methodology.
Understanding of integrated business processes and the functional interdependence involved.
Highly mature with strong interpersonal skills.
Excellent teamwork skills.
Good English communication skills.
Experience in ERP and CRM implementation or support is a plus.
Experience in PRINCE 2, PMP, and ITIL is an advantage.
