Job Description
- Implement and maintain IP/MPLS networks.
- Perform diagnostics on all IP network and customer issues.
- Perform Network changes.
- Work with other teams to ensure network availability and reliability.
- Develop and maintain network documentation.
- Participate in network planning and design.
- Support B2B and B2C customer issues as a Tier 3 engineer.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- More than six years of experience in IP/MPLS network engineering.
- Experience with Cisco, and Huawei routers, and switches.
- Experience working with (ASR9K and Nexus).
- Excellent knowledge of BGP, OSPF, ISIS, MPLS, QoS, VPNs, MP-BGP, and other related technologies.
- Strong troubleshooting ability including strong knowledge of network traffic analyzing tools like Wireshark/TCPDump.
- Experience and knowledge delivering major network changes.
- Knowledge of Carrier-Grade NAT.
- Experience in ITIL environments and processes.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of SD-WAN and Network Automation is a plus.
