Job Description
- Manage the E2E process of new investment in startups, including:
- Evaluate M&A and partnership proposals from a strategic and financial point of view.
- Prepare business plans and valuation decks.
- Lead Due Diligence processes.
- Work closely with the legal team to prepare and sign investment contracts.
- Prepare and present investment proposal to Digikala Group investment committee.
- Prepare and regularly update valuation decks for Digikala Group's subsidiaries in full collaboration with Digikala Finance Team.
- Support Digikala Group subsidiaries throughout their fundraising process.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Finance, or related fields (an MBA graduate; or a Master's degree in E-Commerce would be an advantage).
- At least 5 years of work experience in a medium or large organization in financial planning and analysis (having worked in the e-commerce sector is an advantage); at least 4 years of managerial experience.
- Demonstrated background in financial feasibility study of investment projects.
- Professional at working with Microsoft Excel or COMFAR.
- Ability to interpret financial statements and financial ratios.
- Excellent at visualization and preparing high-quality PowerPoint presentations.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Professional at Corporate Finance and Business Analysis.
