About Team:
An experienced International Sourcing & Operations Specialist with in-depth knowledge of global trade regulations, customs procedures, logistics, and procurement strategies. Skilled in managing the end-to-end import process, from order registration to customs clearance, while ensuring compliance with trade laws and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Comprehensive knowledge of trade, customs, insurance, and inspection regulations
Proficiency in the import process from order registration to customs clearance
Expertise in NTSW and EPL trade platforms as well as the Comprehensive Warehouse System
Ability to obtain necessary permits from the Ministry of Industry, Mine, and Trade and other relevant authorities
Strong knowledge of export logistics regulations
Experience in preparing and drafting detailed reports
Familiarity with foreign exchange and banking regulations
Mastery of Incoterms, ICC regulations, and international transportation laws
Proficiency in international sourcing and supplier identification


Job requirements:
Strong negotiation and correspondence skills in import/export, Incoterms, customs laws, and transport regulations
Specialized knowledge of international trade laws
Expertise in regulatory compliance (standardization requirements, inspection companies, and relevant laboratories)
Highly active, detail-oriented, and responsible
Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in the oil, gas, and petrochemical industries
