Job Description
Metcare Travel is looking for motivated International Patient Referral Representatives to join our medical tourism network in Türkiye.
In this role, you will be responsible for connecting international patients with our healthcare services in Türkiye and supporting them throughout the treatment process.
Responsibilities:
Identify and refer potential international patients
Communicate with clients via WhatsApp, social media, and phone
Explain medical tourism services (dental, aesthetic, hair transplant, etc.)
Coordinate patient inquiries with our team in Türkiye
Build and maintain a network of referrals
Requirements:
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus
Ability to work remotely
Basic English communication skills (additional languages are a plus)
Self-motivated and result-oriented
We offer a commission-based structure of €300 per patient referral with long-term cooperation opportunities.
