Job Description

The Sales Specialist at CYCAS FARABAR Company is responsible for developing international transportation sales and driving the negotiation process through to contract closure. This role focuses on building effective relationships with B2B clients, professionally following up sales opportunities, and achieving measurable sales results.

Responsibilities
- Identify, acquire, and develop B2B clients in the international transportation sector
- Conduct commercial negotiations with clients through to contract finalization
- Actively follow up on sales opportunities and manage the entire sales process from initiation to closure
- Propose transportation solutions tailored to actual customer needs (sea, air, and land freight)
- Coordinate closely with the operations team to ensure proper execution of sales commitments
- Maintain and develop long-term, professional relationships with clients

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of proven B2B sales experience (preferably in shipping or international transportation)
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and sales process management skills
- Clear, goal-oriented verbal communication and solid commercial negotiation understanding
- High level of responsibility for sales follow-up and achieved results
- Familiarity with international transportation concepts and Freight Forwarding (considered an advantage)

Employment Conditions
- Work location: Tehran – Beheshti (On-site)
- Employment type: Full-time
- Monthly base salary: 25–35 million Toman + commission based on realized and collected sales
- Insurance coverage and a transparent performance evaluation system
