Job Description
- Designing and implementing the firm’s international legal strategies.
- Leading and supervising the International Legal Team and related projects.
- Providing legal advice on international trade, cross-border contracts, foreign investments, and international arbitration.
- Managing relationships with international clients and partners, including corporations, foreign law firms, and international institutions.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating international contracts.
- Expanding the firm’s international cooperation network through regular programs.
Requirements:
Education and Qualifications:
- At least a Master’s degree in Private Law, International Trade Law, or related fields.
- Degrees from reputable foreign universities are preferred.
Work Experience:
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in international commercial law, multinational companies, or international law firms.
- Proven experience in managing international projects or legal teams.
Technical Skills:
- Full professional proficiency in legal English.
- Familiarity with international trade laws, international arbitration (ICC, LCIA, UNCITRAL), sanctions, and international treaties.
- Strong skills in drafting, analyzing, and negotiating international contracts.

Financial Terms:
- Fixed salary.
- Performance-based income share.
