Job Description
● Reviewing, negotiating, and drafting various contracts in the field of Oil and Gas and energy trade. ● Following up all documents that must be issued by the company or returned to the company. ● Reviewing and supervising the preparation of minutes of general assemblies and the board of directors and changes related to the company's articles of association in terms of its compliance with the commercial law. ● Providing legal advice in the field of business law and company law. ● Providing legal solutions to minimize contractual risks and identifying and providing appropriate analysis to resolve issues related to legal and commercial processes. ● Conducting legal research and drafting appropriate legal reports on various subjects. ● Doing Due Diligence, including market size, industry research, and competitor analysis, customer research, management team, etc. ● Designing business models and formulating appropriate business strategies for export and import. ● Participating in the investment process from the beginning of identifying investment options to concluding the contract. ● Preferably living in the area close to the office (Pasdaran Ave). ● Working hours: 9 am to 4 pm.
Requirements
● Bachelor's degree or higher in Law, Management, Economics, Business, Foreign Languages, Finance, and Accounting. ● Relevant work experience and enough familiarity with legal-contractual, financial-accounting, and commercial subjects. ● Advanced written communication skills in English. ● Advanced level competency in core MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook). ● High accuracy, mastery of administrative affairs, and spirit of interactivity teamwork. ● Demonstrates a sense-of-urgency attitude with a flexible and adaptive working style. Can operate effectively across fast-paced environments. ● Ability to work independently and under a very low level of direct supervision. ● Desire to work on a wide range of projects. ● Multitasking ability and adaptability to new responsibilities. ● Age range: 25 to 45 years old.
