We are looking for an experienced and capable internal manager who can play a key role in the internal management of the organization to improve internal performance by overseeing executive activities (work experience in startup companies is an advantage).
Main Duties:
Planning, monitoring, and controlling the organization's administrative-executive processes to optimize internal affairs, support, and procurement.
Controlling and supervising internal affairs and processes, support, and services.
Planning and managing the optimization of internal costs, budgeting plan, procurement of goods, and internal consumables of the organization.
Coordinating and implementing the organization's programs and executive affairs, and strengthening and improving organizational communications.
Planning, coordinating, and implementing the organization's internal and external programs and relations, including conferences, exhibitions, celebrations, etc.
Providing daily and weekly reports and related intra-departmental planning to the management unit.
Requirements:
At least a Bachelor's degree in Management or other related fields.
At least one year of experience as an internal manager (preferably in startup companies).
Ability to manage, coordinate, and organize organizational programs and optimize work processes.
Skill in planning, coordinating, controlling, and monitoring the performance and improving the company's internal programs and processes.
Proficient in internal administrative management and principles of organizational behavior.
Ability to solve problems, make effective decisions, and manage crises.
Strong public relations.
Accurate and responsible.
Effective negotiation ability.
Teamwork spirit.
Familiarity with relevant work software, including Excel, PowerPoint, and office automation.
