Job Description
Ava Tejarat Saba Trading Company, active in the FMCG industry, is seeking to recruit a senior audit manager with experience and strategic vision, who has expertise in the field of financial and operational audit, internal controls and risk management.
The selected person must have at least 15 years of professional work experience in the field of auditing and management of audit teams. This position is based in the head office in Tehran and reports directly to the CEO and the audit committee.
The Audit Manager plays a key role in ensuring financial transparency, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement of organizational processes.
*Key Responsibilities:
• Planning and full implementation of internal audits in financial, operational and compliance fields
• Evaluating the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management system and corporate governance processes
• Preparing and presenting detailed audit reports and corrective suggestions to senior management and the audit committee
• Monitoring the implementation of corrective measures and ensuring their timely implementation
• Developing and updating risk-based audit methodologies and annual plan
• Supervising and guiding the internal audit team, training and evaluating the performance of members
• Cooperation with independent auditors, regulatory bodies and financial units
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, control costs and increase compliance
• Full familiarity with IFRS standards, tax laws and related legal requirements
• Ensuring the alignment of company policies with the principles of corporate governance *Reporting to: CEO and Audit Committee
*Qualifications and required experience:
• Bachelor's degree or master's degree in accounting, finance or auditing, holders of international degrees such as CPA, CIA, ACCA are preferred
• At least 15 years of work experience in the audit field, including at least 5 years of managerial experience
• Work experience in commercial or manufacturing companies active in the FMCG field
• Complete mastery of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and internal control frameworks such as COSO)
• Familiarity with advanced ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics
• High ability in analysis, problem solving and risk assessment
• Fluency in English for international reporting
