Job Description
Objective
- To support the Internal Communications in strengthening employee engagement, fostering internal brand culture, and enhancing internal social media channels through creative content development and design.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks:
Content Development:
- Draft engaging content for internal newsletters, intranet updates, Yammer/Teams posts, etc.
- Develop storytelling campaigns around employee initiatives, CSR activities, internal milestones, etc.
- Assist in crafting executive messages and internal event communications.
Social Media (Internal Platforms):
- Support the content calendar for internal platforms (e.g., Instagram, internal podcast, internal emails).
- Monitor engagement metrics and propose improvements.
- Create posts for internal digital signage, screen savers, and other internal displays.
Design & Creative Support:
- Assist in designing visually appealing internal communication materials (Posters, banners, infographics, etc.).
- Create short videos or animated clips for internal announcements or celebrations.
- Use tools like CANVA and Adobe Express.
Employee Engagement:
- Help organize virtual or in-person internal events (e.g., town halls, contests, team challenges).
- Support surveys and polls to assess employee sentiment.
Administrative & Reporting Tasks:
- Maintain content archives and update asset libraries.
- Track communication performance metrics and prepare reports.
- Support internal comms project planning.
