Job Description and Requirements:
IT Management & Policy Design
Formulating and designing IT policies and systems to implement defined strategies.
Providing comprehensive support for the office’s and association members’ computer systems.
Troubleshooting software and hardware issues for laptops and devices.
Guiding colleagues on network, software, and system errors.
Maintaining and updating the hardware and software equipment in use.
Social Media and Website Management
Managing the association’s official pages on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Collaborating with the SEO team to improve the websites’ search engine rankings.
Managing and updating the association’s two official websites.
Regularly publishing content and ensuring the proper functionality of membership, payment, and contact forms.
Graphic and Video Content Production
Designing graphic posts and informational banners for the association.
Editing educational and promotional videos.
Creating teasers and videos to introduce events, courses, and conferences.
Maintaining the visual consistency of the association’s brand across all platforms.
