Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced financial manager with a background in industrial/manufacturing environments to oversee financial operations, ensure accurate reporting, and support data-driven decision-making at the plant level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all financial operations, including accounting, treasury, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements and performance reports.
  • Monitor and manage cash flow and working capital effectively.
  • Lead the budgeting and long-term financial planning process.
  • Control cost accounting and analyze product cost structures.
  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Ensure full compliance with tax, insurance, and local financial regulations.
  • Lead, mentor, and evaluate the finance team.
  • Improve and automate financial processes through ERP and accounting systems.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of financial management experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Strong knowledge of cost accounting and industrial financial practices.
  • Proficient in Iranian tax laws, social security, and VAT regulations.
  • Advanced skills in financial analysis and Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (a Master’s degree is a plus).
  • High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to manage a team.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, factory-based environment.
