POSITION SUMMARY

• He/She is responsible for driving the whole IMPEX activities related to the banking and treasury process in close relationship with the IMPEX and Treasury team and relevant authorities.

A DAY IN THE LIFE …

• Prepare and provide fund allocation reports for IFDA.
• Provide import licenses to treasury team to apply for fund allocation based on the instruction.
• Resolve any issue regarding import license such as category issue and follow up with stakeholders by providing data and needful communication.
• Provide any requested report such as exceptional released to IFDA and relevant authorities.
• Provide the shipping documents to treasury team based on the instruction.
• Ensure accuracy of the documents and keep track of revised documents.
• Extend import licenses based on treasury team instruction and ensure import license validity for any further action.
• Pre-declare import licenses in TPO portal after treasury team instruction.
• Fulfilled the commitment with bankers and treasury team after collecting green paper and follow up with stakeholders to solve all respective issues (Kasre Takhliye , IFDA inquiry , etc.).
