Main responsibilities include (and not limited to):
● Conduct the recruitment cycle for open positions; from the creation of the requisition through to the on-boarding stage.
● Prepare and review compensation and benefits packages.
● Collect personnel work reports and calculate the monthly payroll.
● Administer health programs (supplementary insurance).
● Coordinate training and development plans.
●Track and keep records of HR activities and update HR databases.
● Prepare and amend HR documents.
● Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics.
● Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization.
● Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner.
● Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation.
● Handle HR administrative tasks.
Requirements
Position requirements:
● University education in related fields.
● Fluency in English.
● Expertise in MS Office.
● Familiarity with interview techniques (competency-based interview).
● Minimum 2 years relevant experience.
● Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize tasks.
● Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
● Willingness to create and build.
● Good problem-solving abilities.
