Job Description

● Establish a system for evaluating the performance and productivity of personnel. ● Identify the key performance indicators of each organizational position. ● Compile and update the organization chart based on AOP. ● Provide analytical and managerial reports to senior managers within the framework of assigned tasks. ● Supervise administrative works, issue job announcements, and prepare employment contracts, Payroll calculations, time, and attendances. ● Prepare and update all needful systems and procedures of the company in conformity with laws and regulations. ● Create and establish employees' career paths to ensure maximum loyalty of the staffs. ● Manage and supervise recruitment, screening, and selection of potential candidates.
