Maintaining Entekhab Group’s staff by establishing the recruiting, testing, and interviewing programs and counseling managers on candidate selection.
Creating and revising job descriptions.
Developing, implementing and updating comprehensive compensation, benefits and incentive plans that are competitive and cost-effective for Entekhab Group.
Ensuring legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable requirements.
Developing and updating Entekhab Group’s evaluation and IDP programs.
Implementing employee Performance Management System and formulating performance indicators and KPIs.
