● Planning and performing the workforce needs to attract qualified human resources.
● Conducting selection and initial reviews and interviews with new applicants.
● Planning to participating and accomplishing attracting committee.
● Preparation of documentation of employees` salary (salary analysis).
● Orienting and familiarizing new employees with different aspects of the organization such as organizational culture, work processes, instructions, and regulations.
● Planning and implementation of employees` welfare and well-being activities.
● Preparing and analyzing HR reports to deliver to HR director.
Requirements
● At least Bachelor's degree in Management or other related fields.
● At least 4 years of relevant experience.
● Familiarity with related software.
● Familiarity with social security insurance, health insurance, and supplementary insurance.
● Familiarity with labor and social security laws and regulations.
● Familiarity with the documentation of HR instructions, contracts, and agreements related to personnel affairs and labor laws.
● Suitable proficiency in English.
● Having sufficient skills in working with computers and general software knowledge (MS Office).
● Familiarity with negotiation methods.
