● Handling all related HR reports.
● Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations.
● Prepare and update job descriptions based on usual processes.
● Develop and execute programs and projects to evaluate measure, and improve employee performance.
● Analyze, organize and utilizes data to reach meaningful conclusions and make recommendations to improve programs, and communicate results and outputs.
● Create action plans, IDPs, and Career Path Planning based on performance analysis to continually develop the employees.
● Responsible for the development of training programs aimed at aligning employee performance with organizational goals.
● Assists in the execution, delivery, and planning of annual Performance Management and Promotion Plans.
Requirements
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Management, Industrial Engineering or MBA.
● Minimum of 4 years' experience in Human Resources.
● Strong computer skills: Word, Excel, Visio, Outlook, Microsoft Project.
● Excellent interpersonal skills to form effective working relationships with employees at all levels.
● Familiar with labor and Tax laws.
● Having good knowledge of HRM activities.
● Excellent time management and perfect attention to details.
● Energetic, learner, team player, hard worker.
● Ability to work autonomously.
● Ideal Age Range: 25 - 36.
