Job Description

● In the context of various human resource processes with a greater focus on service compensation. ● Length of Probation Period: 3 Month. ● Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday from 07:15 to 16:30.. ● Travel requirements: Mission outside Tehran between 5 to 10 working days.

Requirements

● University Qualifications: At least a bachelor's degree in management, preferably human resources or a technical bachelor's degree with a background in human resources. ● Nature and length of previous experience: At least 5 years of work experience focusing on service compensation and job classification. ● Specialist knowledge: human resources processes. ● Labor Law and Social Security. ● Human Resources Software Systems. ● Soft Skills and personality traits: communication skill, teamwork skills, adaptability skills.
