- Searching for best practices and being familiar with bench marking the newest HR trends.
- Generating and implementing required HR procedures while Improving current ones.
- Performing all HR Tasks including Job Analysis, Recruitment, Development, Performance evaluation, Compensation, Talent Management.
- Supporting internal communication such as announcements and on-boarding programs.
- Performing all Recruitment tasks including advertisement, Screening, Coordinating interviews, Result announcements.
- Providing and updating HR databases.
- Conducting and analyzing all HR-related analysis and surveys.
- Maintaining employee files and the HR records such as personnel documents.
- Support broader HR projects when necessary.
Requirements
- Master of Human Resource Management
- Minimum of 4 years in HR Fields
- Hardworking and smart, creative and eager to learn
- Strong knowledge of English language and MS Office Software skills
