To establish and maintain records and filing systems for all staff to ensure their efficient and effective use.
To maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
To ensure all employees are covered by medical insurance for all the staff in holding and subsidiaries.
To prepare contracts for new joiners and ensure their timely availability in their respective files. To ensure monthly timely delivery of employee contracts.
To keep updated personnel data sheets of the staff in holding and subsidiaries.
To collect monthly time sheets.
To ensure all employee records are up-to-date and confidential.
To do other tasks assigned through the human resources manager.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in related fields.
Logical knowledge of Iran's labor law.
At least 3 years of work experience in a related field.
Very good command of MS Office, especially Excel.
Good communication skills.
Able to use discretion and maintain confidentiality.
Decisive and confident in dealing with all levels of the organization.
Good attention to detail and a genuine desire to provide support and service to others.
Flexible to work according to the demands of the role.
Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
