We are looking for a Human Resources Development Specialist to join our Human Resources Department at Zarinpal.
● Design performance management procedures and making feedback action plans.
● Design or redesign organizational charts and job profiles and keeping them updated.
● Promot human resources development and carry out the training process.
● Design and implement career paths.
● Design and update human resources processes
● Monitor HR metrics and suggesting an action plan for improving them.
● Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly.
Requirements
● Good knowledge about human resources processes.
● Good knowledge about training processes and programs.
● Good knowledge about HR metrics.
● Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
● Familiar with organizational charts development methods.
● Familiar with the concepts of succession planning, leadership development, learning management, and knowledge.
● Familiarity with statistical analysis is a plus.
