Job Description

● Monitor personnel attendance and address the related issues. ● Perform all HR tasks including job analysis, recruitment, development, performance evaluation, compensation, and talent management. ● Support internal communication such as announcements and on-boarding programs. ● Process the overtime, mission, and leave requests.

Requirements

● Fluent in administrative correspondence. ● Relative familiarity with English. ● Fluent in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel. ● At least three years of work experience. ● Ability to do administrative work, and arrange meetings and archives. ● Relative familiarity with human resource management processes. ● Age range: 25 to 40 years old. ● At least a Bachelor's degree in Management or other related fields. ● Good communication skills. ● Ability to work in stressful environments. ● Ability to do multiple tasks simultaneously.
