POSITION SNAPSHOT:

Location: Tehran - Islamic Republic of Iran;
Company: Nestlé Iran - Tehran Office; Full-Time;

POSITION SUMMARY:

The HR Admin is responsible for maintaining all HR records in the area of HR Services including all documentation and organizing the HR repository for SOPs, forms, guidelines, KPIs, HR reports, and all historical data, and is the person who usually interacts with internal customers in the HR department.

A DAY IN THE LIFE …

  • Support with all types of archiving in the area of HR services.
  • Prepare Attestation letters and all formal communications with authority, etc.
  • Conduct HR surveys in a proper format.
  • Timely collecting of probationary reviews from line managers in a proper format.
  • Prepare new joiners' general Induction according to the existing agenda, arrange for internal meetings, and calendars, and align with stakeholders.
  • Register new employees and their dependents for medical insurance.
  • Initiate user creation and user deletion for new joiners and leavers.
  • Allocation and preparation for company non-monetary benefits within Nestlé guidelines.
  • Order personnel and business cards for staff.
  • Monitor Nestlé leave portal and extract needed reports.
  • Ensure strict adherence and compliance on all activities in the area of HR shared services.
  • Act as HR contact person with internal staff to address their queries within the HR Services scope of work.

Requirements

  • A university degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Computer Science, or Management.
  • At least 1 to 2 years of experience in relevant HR roles, welfare, and administration is essential.
  • Good computer skills mainly with MS Office tools mainly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • A real team player.
  • Customer centric and detail orientation.
