Job Description
-Identifying the current status of human resources in all branches of human resources management
-Providing solutions to improve or design new systems for different branches of human resources management
-Effectively collaborating with other units to realize the organization's strategies
-Developing relevant regulations
-Implementing approved human resources regulations in the organization based on the principle steps of change management
-Leading the human resources team and reporting to senior management
-Designing and implementing human resources recruitment, evaluation, promotion and retention systems
-Monitoring the payroll module
