The senior HRBP in Toranj is a strategic partner, operations manager, emergency responder, and employee mediator who continuously does the bellow responsibilities:
Identifying solutions for improving employee experience, promoting our culture, employee engagement, succession planning efforts, developing leaders, and retention of critical talent with alignment to Toranj’s cultural values.
Providing support on various HR-related areas such as onboarding, benefits, performance management, training opportunities, and HRIS tasks, and helping guide employees on how to best navigate Toranj’s organizational structure.
Guiding new managers to strengthen and support their leadership skills in performance coaching, addressing difficult conversations, and general employee relations challenges & opportunities.
Executing HR operational procedures with a flexible mindset approach, such as merit and bonus, employee transfers, and leave management administration.
Training needs assessment and assisting learning and development performance in aligning training programs with business objectives. Following up to ensure training objectives are met.
Managing and resolving complex employee relations issues. Conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
Working closely with managers and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
Consulting with the business to update the structure and Job descriptions.
Conducting needs assessments, and planning, and implementing training courses for all personnel in the respective area.
Determining the training budget and finalizing training programs with the HR manager.
Evaluating the effectiveness of planned courses for implementation according to the training calendar.
Preparing monthly and periodic reports for presentation to senior managers.
Participating in the creation and maintenance of human resources infrastructure, such as designing competency frameworks.
Carrying out and following up on all activities related to human resources and organizational development within the scope of responsibilities.
Contributing to the development and finalization of human resources regulations.
Requirements
At least a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, or any related field.
More than 10 years of working within an HR function with experience in HR generalist activities, such as employee relations, talent management, compensation, performance management, and recruitment.
Experience with HRIS systems.
Expertise in benefits, payroll, mobility, and compensation to cross-train with other colleagues. Proficient in managing and thriving in ambiguity by dealing with issues that do not always have a process or system.
