Job Description

  • Conduct meetings with respective business units.
  • Consult with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
  • Handle all the selection and recruitment processes.
  • Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
  • Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g. coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.
  • Identify training needs for business units and individual needs.
  • Participate in the evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success.
  • Follow up to ensure training objectives are met.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in HR.
  • At least a Bachelor's degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable guidelines, regulations, and policies.
  • Ideal age range: 28 to 35 years old.
