-Assist in the preparation and compilation of human resource strategies for the development of the organization's macro strategy
-Support and monitor the analysis and review of all the behavioral and attitudinal studies and surveys of employees in order to compilation of development of human resources
-Analyze, design and review the jobs of the organization
-Careful study and review of job descriptions and qualification conditions for the development plan for employees
-Implement the policy of preparing successors based on recognized talents and develop them
-Analyze the outputs of the employee performance appraisal system and formulate needs
-Analyze the points that have weakened the educational effectiveness of the organization and prepare an improvement plan
-Preparing a performance evaluation form for personnel and implement it
-Designate research models in order to study the problems in the organization in human resources
Requirements
-At least 4 years of experience as human resources expert
-At least BA in social science disciplines and related fields
-Master the laws of labor and social affairs
-Fluent in payroll calculations and related software
-Familiarity with employee motivation systems
-Familiarity with a variety of performance appraisal models
-Familiarity with the principle of preparing successors
-Time Management

-Skilled in Microsoft Office
