• Working on human development systems and processes
• Job analysis and preparation of job descriptions, job specification and competency models
• Development and implementation of performance management system
• Analysis of the human resources statistics such as job satisfaction survey and turnover rate
• Designing and implementing compensation and promotion systems
• Monitoring and improving organizational chart
Requirements
• B.S or M.S degree preferably in Human Resource Management or Industrial Engineering
• Ability to work as a team player
• Conceptual and Analytical Skills
• Systemic thinking
• Good command of English as well as good communication skills
• Research ability
• Preferable age: 25-32
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
