● Screen potential employees' CVs.
● Assist with doing phone interviews.
● Organize interviews with shortlisted candidates.
● Post job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms.
● Support all training activities, such as registration, payment, administration and logistics/venue arrangements, trainee/trainer support, and feedback.
● Update recruitment and training databases.
● Partner employees closely to address performance management, recruitment, learning and development needs.
● Schedule meetings.
