-Assisting managers with staff requirements
-Consulting staff on HR policies, practices, and procedures
-Arrange for in-house and external training activities
-Cooperation in HR budgeting & Headcount planning
-Provide all necessary statistic reports about HR
-Plan supervise, and coordinate Recruitment and retention in HR
-Plan, supervise, and coordinate General & administration services
-Planning and Developing all requirements & standards in Performance management
-Plan, supervise, and coordinate Regular payments & bonuses
Requirements
-Bachelor’s Degree in Management fields, MBA, HRM (preferably a Master's degree)
-At least 5 years’ experience in HR field
-Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
-Flexible in confronting new challenges
-Strong leadership skills and the ability to work unsupervised
-Competency in Microsoft Office, and HR related tools
-Ideal Age Range: 28 - 38
