- Familiar with HR (Recruitment, Development, Performance evaluation, Retention, Attendance, Payroll, Job grading)
- Familiar with Labor Law, SSO law, Supplementary Insurance and Employers Liability Insurance
- Establish communication and interaction with employees in order to resolve their problems and needs within the framework of the rules and procedures existing in the organization.
- Maintain and update human resources documents, such as organizational charts, employee handbooks.
- Maintain HR information system records and compiles reports from database
- Performing regulations
- Providing and updating HR databases
- Mastery of personnel Contracts
- Willing to commute between the HQ and Sites
- Good communication skills
- Reporting to: Managing Director and Executive Vice President
- Familiar with process of Training
- Preferably Familiar with ISO
Requirements
- 5 years of Human Resources experience
- Gender: Male
- Age requirements: preferably 30 to 40
- At least BA degree esp. in related fields preferably HR Management
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office
- Average command of English and Fluent in Persian, both written and oral.
- Preferably Familiar with SAP
